The animated sharing previews of your storybooks are files generated automatically after you submit your storybooks, and stays up to date as your update your storybooks as well!

If you have older projects without any animated sharing preview assets, you can update that project to have it generate the animated sharing assets for you to use.

GIF files are animated images, like the one seen below, that allow you to add motion to your marketing places that may not take video files.

GIF Image assets are best used in:

You can find the GIF image assets for each of your storybooks by navigating to the All Projects page, followed by selecting the three-dot button > Share & Embed.

General Email Use (Option 1: Embed in Email)

Under the Embed tab, you can add a Hyperlinked GIF Share Image to your email by selecting the Copy Image + Link button.

You can then paste the animation directly into your email draft. When someone clicks the animation in your email, your storybook will open in a new tab for their review.

Email Campaigns:

If you use HTML code for your email campaigns, you can copy the HTML code using the Copy Code button available under Option 2.

Social Media (Requires Downloading Animated Sharing Assets):

When posting a storybook to social media, you'll see our static preview image appear by default. Before posting, you'll be able to add the GIF image to the post, and in some cases, replace the static preview image as well. Platforms such as Facebook or LinkedIn can also let you edit the post after to add a GIF Image as well.

Place on Personal Website (Requires Downloading Animated Sharing Assets):

Simply add the GIF file to your website the way you would normally add in any images, and if your website editor allows for it, consider hyperlinking the image to the storybook itself, or placing a link to the storybook underneath the GIF, or both!

Our Video Files are the same animation as the GIF Animated Images, but in a simple video format, set up to provide HD video, with a small file size for ease of sharing.

Social Media:

Instagram and TikTok are platforms that are video-centric. Uploading the video sharing preview to these platforms can better show off your storybooks while extending your reach.

Simply upload our video file to your website, the same as with any other video you would add, or link to it after uploading it to Vimeo, YouTube or other video hosting services you already use!
