We currently integrate the following types of 3D tours:
Step 1. Hover over an interactive space and click the “Select Type of Media” magic wand button.
Step 2. Select the “3D” option and paste in the URL of your tour.
Step 3. Click the check-mark in the top right corner to save.

Step Two. Use the available tools within the editor to insert a 3D interactivity field, ensuring the 3D tour link has a designated placement.
Verify Platform Compatibility: Ensure the platform where your 3D tour is hosted allows embedding. This will save time troubleshooting issues later.
Troubleshooting:
If you need an example of the format of the URL that we accept, simply hover on the 3D tour option and an example will display at the bottom of the window.
If the 3D tour fails to display, check the correctness of the URL. If embedding is blocked (e.g., Homes.com), use an alternative link like a Matterport URL.
Please note that if you are using a print-capable template, you will need to place a base image into the interactive spot before accessing the interactive features options.
As well, please make sure to remove any additional spaces, slashes (/) or & symbols at the end of your URL. These extra items prevent our system from reading the 3D tour URL and may cause it to fail.
Please note that we currently cannot integrate 3rd party websites or non-3D virtual tours. If you have a 3D tour in a format that is not currently listed, please contact us for assistance. Additionally, some platforms like Homes.com may restrict embedding; consider contacting us or using URLs from supported platforms.
