You can share your Storybook through email in two ways: add an animated Storybook thumbnail to a one-to-one email, or include it in a larger email campaign through your CRM.
In this tutorial, we'll walk through both options.
Option 1: One-to-One Emails
Use this option when you're emailing a client, lead, or contact directly.
From My Storybooks, find the Storybook you'd like to share and select Share & Embed.
Go to the Embed tab and locate the animated email thumbnail.
Copy the thumbnail and paste it directly into your email. When the recipient clicks the animated thumbnail, they'll be taken directly to your Storybook.
This is a simple way to make your Storybook stand out in individual follow-ups, listing introductions, seller updates, and other one-to-one communication.
Option 2: CRM Email Campaigns
If you're marketing to a larger group of contacts, you can add your Storybook to an email campaign through your CRM.
From Share & Embed, go to Embed and copy the provided email embed code.
In your CRM's email editor, add an HTML or custom HTML block where you'd like the Storybook to appear, then paste in the embed code.
The exact name of this option may vary depending on your CRM.
Before sending your campaign, preview the email and send yourself a test to confirm the animated thumbnail displays correctly and opens your Storybook. Once everything looks right, your campaign is ready to send.
