Voice AI lets prospective buyers have a conversation with your Storybook and ask questions about the property, 24/7.

Voice AI is available on listing Storybooks made using our AI tools for accounts with Voice AI minutes included in their Studeo subscription. 

Open one of your Storybooks. After a few seconds, you'll see the Voice AI option appear. Click Start and enable the microphone permissions if prompted.

Either let it lead the conversation, or ask a question about the property to experience what buyers will see and hear.

After a prospective buyer has a conversation with your Storybook Voice AI, you'll receive an email summary. You can also view the full conversation transcript inside your Studeo dashboard (click Voice AI Calls on the left).

You can choose from different regional accents. Go to Settings → Control Center → Company Settings, then scroll down to Voice AI Options.

Preview the available voices and use the dropdown menu to select the voice you'd like to use moving forward.
