Our newest feature, Voice AI, is now live on your auto-detected listing Storybooks (if you have Voice AI minutes included as part of your Studeo subscription).
That means that prospective buyers viewing your listing Storybooks can actually have a conversation with an AI that answers their questions about the property and keeps them engaged. Think of it as a virtual assistant for every listing, working 24/7.
How it works:
Your Storybooks come in two versions. The branded version shows your name and contact info, so when a buyer is interested, the AI encourages them to reach out to you directly using the contact info on the last page of the Storybook. The unbranded version is for MLS syndication where branding isn't allowed — in these Storybooks, the AI will direct interested buyers to the listing information from the MLS.
After every conversation, you'll receive an email summary. If you want the full transcript, you can find it in the Studeo app.

Want to see it in action? Open one of your Storybooks that was generated by our autodetect service and after a few seconds you'll see a pop-up. Click the microphone icon to start a conversation. Ask it a question about the property — you'll see exactly what your buyers will experience.
Selecting your voice:
You can choose which voice your AI uses in the Studeo app. Log in and go to Settings, select Control Center, and click the Company Settings tab. There's a "Voice AI" section you can expand by clicking, where you can sample the available options and then select the one you like best from the dropdown menu. If you're already logged in, you can reach the page directly by clicking here.
A few things to know for now:
Voice AI is currently all-or-nothing — if it has been activated on your account, it is automatically on for all your auto-detected listing Storybooks going forward (starting from the day it was turned on) or it's off entirely. You can't toggle individual listings yet. The AI also can't book appointments or capture leads directly at this point.
